Kriselle is a vice president at Zeno Group, a Daniel J. Edelman company, heading digital, social and agency marketing for Zeno’s California offices as a part of the global social leadership team. With a background in web design and development, she has a deep knowledge of both creative and technological aspects of strategic digital engagement. Recognition for her award-winning work includes PRWeek’s “Champions of PR,” and silver awards for the Bulldog Reporter Digital PR Awards for Best Word of Mouth campaign and Best Social Network Messaging Strategy.
An emphasis on converging PR with social engagement and digital marketing allows Kriselle to work on a wide variety of communications initiatives and quantifiable programs that optimize brand visibility and impact for clients. Teams led by Kriselle don’t fall into the silos normally found at PR or communications agencies; with the ability to connect dots that others may not see, she leads cross-functional teams for PR, digital, social media engagement, creative content, audience listening and measurement programs, ensuring that integrated marketing strategies support primary business objectives and program success.
An experienced speaker at events such as SXSW, PRNews Digital PR Summit, Connect SMC and Women Who Tech, Kriselle has also been recognized as a top Twitter user to follow in the areas of marketing and social media. She has also contributed articles on social media programs, digital strategies and measurement practices to publications such as the PRNews Digital PR & Social Media Guidebook. Active in her community, Kriselle served on the Board of Directors for the local education foundation, and also served as the global web director on the Board of Directors for the Social Media Club, and vice president for its San Francisco chapter. Currently, Kriselle serves on the board of Dent, and tutors at the newly launched ISDI Digital University, an accredited organization offering a Master’s Degree program in internet business.
